We have 4 months left to shift this baby, and so far it's been 2 days and we've had 1 interested party who looked at it yesterday. But that was an accountant looking for an office option, so that particular interested party was doubtful from the beginning. But regardless, that was before the advertising even started so we're keeping our fingers crossed that it'll go this easy for the rest of the marketing period.
Hannes thinks we'll get 320 for it, and so upon suggestion by the estate agent, we put it on at 305 because the way things work in Ireland, offers are only accepted "in excess" of the printed price and it pretty much goes as an auction up to your expected price. I don't get it, but that's just the way it works here. Whatever. Just drive the price up please. (Either way not bad for the little shithole we purchased for 185, 3 years ago.) Seeing it advertised online makes me proud of our little hole in the middle of the ghetto. I'll miss it indeed. ~sniff~
