So i am here on the mighty zambezi with the fambly getting geared up for a week of workin and eatin and i dunno what else. Driving 2 days northwards with an infant was successful. The 1st day she wasnt into it at all but the 2nd she just slept nearly the whole day. Her loss tho- it was her chance to tick baby's 1st elephant, giraffe, warthogs, mongoose, etc etc.
Just had mama & baby warthog on the lawn outside our little hotel room door. Baby warthog playing with sprinkler nozzle. Too cute. Kinda have to keep reminding self: not on holidays!!! Especially with this view of the river, hippos, and rich white tourist speaking a hundred different languages all around this place!
